Sophia Leone is the creator of Authentikora. 

Sophia has an honours degree in Psychology and has studied counselling, Gestalt coaching, Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and is a Level 4 facilitator of Authentic Relating with Authentic Relating International. A retired ballet dancer, she has worked for Lifeline, mental health crisis intervention programs, and as a yoga and meditation teacher.

"I stumbled across Authentic Relating a few years ago and it was a profound "aha, this is it!" moment. It combined all the things I have always been passionate about:  embodied somatic awareness, humans, playfulness, and this present moment! The practise opened my eyes to how much I didn't know about relating and I knew I had to share these skills and practises with as many people as possible!"

She is passionate about real human relating and bringing us all in closer contact with ourselves so that we can all have the relationships we desire. You can hear her talk about Authentic Relating on a podcast here!
