Terms 
Relational Coaching or 1:1 sessions are an offering, where together, we come into more and more wholeness. 

I use the practise of Authentic Relating to be with you … and also with me. 
And depending on your experience of the practise, you will use Authentic Relating to be with you... and also with me. 
If you are unfamiliar with the practise, I will gently guide you into it as an embodied experiential learning.
We will come into deep relationship with an awareness of what we are creating in the presence of each other so as to have an embodied experience of the application of Authentic Relating.



The purpose of these sessions is to slow down enough to notice what is really true in every moment. The medicine of our times is slowness. You may be surprised at how much there is to explore as soon as we start to slow down.

Unlike other typical coaching sessions, I don’t try to improve you. Instead I try to more deeply understand the mystery that is you. In the yearning for change we tend to turn away from the parts we dislike. Here we try to be with these parts even more.

What tends to be the result is you find your centre again. You find the parts of you that know, the parts of you that trust, the parts of you that are always in surrender to the unfolding sacred mystery.

You will leave feeling more deeply connected to your true Self and also more aware of your patterning. Together we will be in the gentle exploration of wholeness.

​You may like to have a session with me for any/ many reasons but some of the reasons have been:
  • To practise and embody Authentic Relating more fully
  • To learn the basics of Authentic Relating
  • To explore specific relationship challenges
  • To explore the application of Authentic Relating to working with clients professionally
  • To “go nowhere together” and see what arises
  • To know the self more fully and develop more self awareness
  • Mentoring/ Supervision
  • Support to create and launch an event.


EXCHANGE
All sessions are 1 hour and will be held on Zoom.  If finances are a block, please get in touch. 

      1 session = $120
      3 x sessions (recommended)= $300

Terms and conditions: After booking in change the the session time and date can be made up to 24 hour prior without charge, but after this time will incur a 20% admin fee. This is to protect and honour the time and presence I have set aside for you.
